Here is one of my first attempts at the Mexican Back Breaker. I'm sure it has a cool Lucha name (Like La Quebradora) but for the sake of understanding what I'm talking about, we'll call it the Mexican Back breaker.

A few months back I watched Chris Jericho execute this move on Rey Jr. It really wowed the crowd and popped me at home. I've seen it done numberous times on Lucha TV but figured it was too difficult of a move to try. (Damn where has my patience gone!!?? That's how I taught myself how to wrestle. I would tape Monday Nitro and Monday Night Raw and break down a match move for move. Slowing it down to figure out what they were doing and how. 5 hours a week turned into a couple of days to watch. (it must be nice to have a trainer) That's another story for another time.

The Mexican BackBreaker. I thought, if that gingo (Chris Jericho, the best in the world today) can do it, then THIS pocho (kaos- Almost famous) should at least try it. Thanks to my Lucha boys at MWF the move was easier than I first figured.

I decided to add this to my move set. I tried it on Chris Kadilak a few weeks ago in El Monte, and sure enough you could hear the whoas, and ahhhh's of the crowd, as it's something they are not used to seeing. I kill Ray Rosas in training all the time with it. So it's also a fun move to do.

It's not where I want it to be, I'm still working at perfecting it but even this old dog can attempt new tricks. And so should you.

Here's my attempt on Student Seville.
Remember Do NOT TRY THIS AT HOME as even a pro can injure himself or injury someone attempting this move or any other Pro Wrestling move.
